Woodland Walk is South Australia’s first fully residential development to achieve a 6 Star Green Star Communities certification from the Green Building Council of Australia – the highest rating under the Green Star Communities framework.
Designed from the ground up for a healthier, more connected future, Woodland Walk sets a new benchmark for sustainable neighbourhood living.

EVERYDAY BENEFITS OF 6 STAR DESIGN

to Last
A mix of allotments and townhomes designed to suit first home buyers, growing families and downsizers at every stage of life.
NATURE AT HEART
Recycling for a Better Future
Sustainability continues long after the masterplan is complete. Woodland Walk encourages builders and homeowners to choose durable, responsibly sourced materials, including recycled and recyclable products, locally manufactured materials where appropriate, and finishes designed to last.
Construction waste is carefully managed to reduce landfill wherever possible. Builders prepare Construction Waste Management Plans, separate recyclable materials during construction and participate in recognised waste management initiatives, helping support a more circular approach to building.

Baloo Playspace, Right at Your Doorstep
At the heart of Woodland Walk is more than 22,800 square metres of open space centred around the Baloo Playspace. Connected by the neighbourhood’s signature walking trail, it brings together recreation, nature and everyday life in one shared destination.
Designed to encourage walking, cycling and outdoor play, the reserve links homes with schools, shops and surrounding parks while providing spaces to explore, gather and unwind. Natural play elements created from reclaimed timber, generous tree planting and shaded landscapes make Baloo Playspace an important part of Woodland Walk’s greener, more connected community.

The Trees
Came First
The trees at Woodland Walk were part of the plan from day one. Following community consultation, tree retention became a key priority, shaping a neighbourhood designed around the existing landscape rather than clearing it first.
An independent arborist assessed 552 trees across the site, guiding the design to protect retained trees wherever possible. Where removal is unavoidable, timber is reused within Baloo Playspace, while more than 410 new trees are being planted to create a greener neighbourhood for generations to come.
