MASTERPLAN

Woodland Walk unfolds along a green spine through the heart of Ingle Farm. Around 220 homes, from townhouses to generous family blocks, sit among retained gum trees, landscaped open space and quiet, tree-lined streets, all woven together by walking and cycling paths.

With 22% open space, parks within an easy walk and the new Baloo Playspace close by, this is a neighbourhood designed for connection. Land will be released in stages, and the masterplan below shows the shape of the full vision.
